Krav Maga (Contact Combat) is a Military Self Defence and Fighting system created by IMI Lichtenfeld in 1940’s developed for reflexive responses to life threatening situations.

Gabi Noah International Krav Maga is established in 2009 by Master Gabi Noah and co-founder of the international federation of Krav Maga (IKMF) in 1995 with the blessings of IMI Lichtenfeld. Both organizations operating in large numbers of countries worldwide.

In 2012 John Phyfer qualified under Gabi Noah as Krav Maga instructor and in 2015 appointed as Director for IKM South-Africa. John Phyfer  is also 4^th Dan black belt in Ring Contact Fighting Arts and 5^th Dan in Sport Martial Arts.
